Products include,
Pacific Hake (merluccius productus) Headed, Tail-Off, Guts removed
Arrowtooth Flounder (Atheresthes stomias) Headed, Tail-Off, Guts removed
Pacific Rockfish (sebastes). FAS (frozen at sea)
in 2 x 10 kg - 20 kg Bags.
Product will be available spring of 2013.
